“By engaging with Educate and Notarize organization and utilizing our services, you agree to resolve any disputes or claims arising from our services or policies through arbitration or mediation, thereby waiving your right to pursue legal action through the court system. This alternative dispute resolution process shall be conducted by the rules and procedures agreed upon by both parties and, in the absence of agreement, by the rules of a recognized alternative dispute resolution organization. You further agree that any arbitration or mediation proceedings will be conducted individually, and you waive your right to participate in any class action or collective action against the Educate and Notarize organization.”
